Whereas Unreal Engine looks amazing on medium to powerful hardware and runs ok on low hardware. The Unreal Engine 4 Elemental Demo was running on PC Geforce GTX 680 + Core i5 Quad Core at 1080p very well. Nov 17, 2018 · Total Chaos has a motion blur user post processing shader, but I doubt it is true motion blur as done in modern engines like Unreal Engine etc. It's probably just copying the previous frame and fading it out, like those old PS2-era GTA games. I think if we can decide on a simple implementation like adding to the filter property, I'd be OK with this. But motion blur might not be appropriate really for digital graphics, unless we are simulating a 3D scene and attempting photorealism.
